High capacity and expertise
Using 2K and insert moulding processes, Kienbacher produces approximately 1.9 million small parts and around 500,000 large parts every month from rigorously tested raw materials, in accordance with the highest automotive standard, IATF 16949. Our CCC certification also enables us to export to China.
Quality by any means necessary
Ensuring and optimising quality standards is a task that challenges us on a daily basis. We’ll use any means necessary to achieve this. For example, we manage our business using a highly innovative ERP software solution. We manage quality control using an end-to-end CAQ system and record operational data individually from each machine via an MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Our product range comprises over 400 standard items. As a Tier 1 supplier, we place great importance on on-time delivery and precision. Continuous quality controls and tests guarantee tailor-made accuracy and long-term satisfaction. Our quality management system has been certified to EN-ISO 9001:2000 since 2001 and to IATF 16949 since 2016.
