Plastics Technician – Injection Moulding (m/f/d)
For over 50 years, we have been a reliable partner to the automotive and commercial vehicle industries and their suppliers. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a full-time (standard working hours under the collective agreement: 40 hours per week; working time model: flexible range across 2 shifts: 36 hours per week or 45 hours per week)
PLASTICS TECHNICIAN – INJECTION MOULDING (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and commissioning injection moulding machines – approving the first part
- Carrying out set-up tasks
- Assisting with the carrying out of sampling procedures
- Monitoring SOS in the production process (safety, order, cleanliness)
- Optimising and further developing our injection moulding processes
- Quality assurance
Your skills:
- Completed technical training specialising in plastics technology (apprenticeship in plastics technology/plastics process engineering or Higher Technical College (HTL) qualification in plastics technology)
- Relevant professional experience in injection moulding and knowledge of injection mould maintenance
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 would be an advantage
- The ability to work as part of a team, a quality-oriented and conscientious approach to work, as well as flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, round off your profile
